Eight lead desks
Public records show who needs what. We make the introduction.
Crimsonlead reads government bids, permits, registers and SEC filings every morning and turns what's new into leads for HVAC and facade contractors, aviation firms, mining suppliers, equipment lenders, and payroll and insurance partners. Each lead comes with the record, who to contact and, on most desks, a first message ready to send.
Private to the team for now.
How a record becomes a lead
Every desk runs the same three steps.
- 01
Read the records
Each morning the desks read new records from FMCSA, MSHA, SAM.gov, the SEC, state and Canadian registries, city permits and press releases. Tax returns and job ads load once a month.
- 02
Match the need
The desk grades each record and, where it has a buyer, matches the business to a company that sells what it now needs.
- 03
Make the introduction
Most desks draft the first message, and the mining and QuickBooks desks hand over notes and links to find the right person. A person reads it, reaches out and marks the lead worked.
Eight desks, each with its own sources
Each card says who pays for the leads, or that nobody does yet.
